The Library meeting room (capacity 200) may be booked by the public at no cost. The reservation procedure and general rules for meeting room use are adopted by the Library Commission. Please review these policies below if you wish to use the meeting room.

You may also submit a request using our "Got a question?" link in the upper right corner of the page. Select "Meeting Room and Display Cases" under the "Division" drop-down menu.
Please note the meeting room is heavily used for Library programs and City meetings. The availability for public use is very limited.
