The Library has two meeting rooms, the Community Room (capacity 200) and the Tulancingo Room (capacity 8) that may be booked by the public at no cost. The rules for meeting room use are adopted by the Library Commission and are attached below. Please review these policies, then fill out and return an application if you wish to use the Library meeting rooms.

Please note that the Library's meeting rooms are heavily used for Library programs and City meetings. Their availability for public use is very limited.
