Log in

You will be prompted to log in to the app after downloading. You'll need a Pleasanton Library account to use the app (click here to register online for an eCard). Logging in requires:

• Your library card number or eCard number (14-digit number beginning in 21999 or 41999) OR your username previously created from our web catalog
• Your four-digit PIN you received when you got a library card or eCard

To log in:

1. Launch app
2. Tap Log In
3. Enter barcode or username, and PIN
4. Tap Log In

Supported OS Versions

The current minimum OS versions supported are: 

Version	iOS	Android
BiblioApps 2.0	11 and above	7.0 Nougat and above

If your device does not support these versions, you will be unable to download the app.
